Expert Testimony

Dr. Johnson assists in preparation of expert witness reports for the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice, United States District Courts, and private clients in support of racial discrimination lawsuits for violation of federal and state discrimination law. Specifically she conducts reviews and analyses of relevant research literature and prepares comprehensive literature reviews. Additionally, she outlines rebuttal arguments and assists in the writing of reports and preparation for deposition.
